ProGast Solution was created based on the desire to help and share experience with start-up businesses or businesses that want to take their business to the next level.
The ProGast Solution project is led by Matěj Bleša, who has more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality and gastronomy industry from the Czech Republic and abroad. He holds three globally recognized IES London certificates and seven certificates recognized in Europe, which guarantee top-notch knowledge in the field.
Matěj has held various positions in the industry,
from housekeeping over kitchen to complete operational/economic management of operations. During his experience, he has helped design several projects, from small kiosks to entire hotel complexes.
We base the work of ProGast solution on efficiency, innovative solutions, and above all, on the transfer of knowledge through consulting services or staff training directly at the client's operation. We believe that every business - regardless of size or stage of development - deserves effective management, a clear vision and a professional approach.
We help both new and experienced entrepreneurs when they need to set up the right processes, streamline operations, create a sustainable concept, or simply find new inspiration. We combine our practical experience with an individual approach to each client, because we know that there are no universal solutions in the hospitality industry.
